RETURN AND REFUND
- Return within 14 days from delivery date.
- The item/s must be unused, in resalable condition, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- We cannot accept returned garments that have makeup or any other stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please take care when trying on garments.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- The item/s must be returned before the refund or exchange is issued to the customer.
- Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method,
- If your item/s meet our return requirements, please proceed to your order page to fill out the return request form.
- You'll receive an automated email. Reply within 72 hours with clear photos of each item showing the tag is attached and your return reason.

Refund
- If your return shows signs of being used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, has missing tags or tags that have been tampered with, it will not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.
- The item/s must be returned before a refund is issued. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, store credit or as an exchange.
- All merchandise will be inspected and it can take 10-20 days to process your refund.
Received the wrong item?
- If you received a defective item or the wrong item, report it within 3 day from the date it was delivered and a replacement will be arranged. In any case you must return the defective or wrong item.
